The ios weather app lets you know what the weather's going to be like so that you can plan your day accordingly. Tried all combinations of long taps, memus etc etc. If so, tap the building icon to bring up the city list, the swipe the city card you want to remove to the right.
My weather app has too many old locations and i cannot figure out how to delete these unwanted cities.
I managed to solve this after a fruitless call to google support and a bit of trial and error. Please help us improve our content by removing questions that are essentially the same and merging them into this question. I want to add an option so the user types his city name and get the weather forecast for it. I've added an edittext to the layout but don't know how to get the data from it and use as the city name.
